Supplier refunds

Credits received from a vendor against a posted bill.

POST/refunds/{id}/post

Needs: purchases.approve
Scopes: purchase:approve

Validates the draft refund and sets it against its bill. Posted already: alreadyDone.

GET/refunds

Needs: purchases.read
Scopes: purchase:read

Newest first, a page at a time. Filter by status, partnerId (the vendor), issueFrom/issueTo, number, externalId, createdFrom/createdTo, or updatedSince.

Parameters
